I am Pete “Coach” Malito C.C.H.
I am a clinical hypnotherapist and life coach, I also do corporate and sports seminars. I was certified as a clinical hypnotherapist in 1988. I specialize in Peak Performance for sports, business, ADD management, and divorce recovery. When working with my clients, I use my corporate management skills and sports background combined with hypnotherapy and NLP Neuro-Linguistic Programming to help his clients achieve Peak Performance.
I have researched ADD Management, Divorce Recovery, Creativity Change And Growth, and have developed manuals and CD programs for these topics. The application of hypnosis in these areas have had a profound effect on many of my clients. They were able to take more control of their lives.
Athletes and professional people come to me to gain the competitive edge. I apply sport psychology and mental training techniques to empower my clients. Their personalized CDs reinforce the program. Many of my former clients have told me, they still use my CDs years after going through the program. The CDs help maintain a positive state of mind and emotional balance. One of the program’s main goals is for my clients to feel in control of their lives not let the situation, their habits or other people control them. This includes smoking, weight, stress, phobias, procrastination and other self-limiting problems.
I am a very visual person when I deal with someone if a visual picture of them I have better perspective of them. So here is a picture of me taken at the YMCA last year. I am 70 years young in the picture and have lifted weights for 58 years. I went to Mt Carmel H.S, in Chicago IL. I was a sergeant in the army, a dist. sales manager and I have had various other jobs in my long career. That is my life in a nutshell.

I was in charge of the Fremd football team mental training program from 1999 to 2010. The program set the MLS record for 16 straight years in the playoffs
